In history of san Isidro we are run by alien, unqualified man, illigal allien status, at this time still pending in comelec and hoping all those people up there are not covered by money to shut them up. we don’t care who governed our town as long as we’re peacefull and no abusive behaviour towards our citizen that you solemnly swear,serve, your duties and responsibilities as a mayor. When you are using guns to dominate, scare people, coerce, that’s another story and not in history of San Isidro you run like you are like a king. Remember our town is not rich, not big, its too small and you are too fresh to bear with lot of hambug.No jealousy because we have!! There’s lot of cases pending our chielf of police to answer, rape charges, killing recently which no investigation at this time, log books, you just play to much politics. If you win, I hope you will refresh your outlook in your life and serve for better a person. we don.t care you are rich and serve your town halfway to perfection.Remember the Corp Army was shot, all innocent men.??JUSTICE??? If we will not close our eyes what’s the real thing happening our town,the killings of inocent people is not enough to probe what the admistration did???And what kind of qualification you are talking about, those person who are qulify to kill an inocent one??if your son at that time has been dead, whould your outlook and perception would be the same?this is a big challenge for us to decide this coming 2010 election, who are the person is qualified to rule as a leader and not a killers..did the opposition, pointing a gun to somebody or even his followers, i might say they did not cause they respect the right of the individuals..A PUBLIC OFFICE IS A PUBLIC TRUST!!!It means we can no longer trust the administration, because who are the persons behind those abusive acts..it the administration..!i believed every body know elmer who was been arested in villaba leyte, and we know that he is ine of the body guard of the mayor.And whose isidro blamoria is, he one of the counsilor of the administration..is this the kind of office we can trust…what a hill!!!!!!!if you trust of this kind of people, maybe your one of them…hahahahahhahahahaha…..

hahaiy..why there’s a lot of people whom they look themselves as leaders yet they are not..furthermore they don’t have the qualifications of a leader..the problem in San Isidro Leyte is that people are always throwing issues to the administration though they don’t have any evidence to present that the administration cannot discharge their functions and duties properly..i hope they know that in law, the one who allege has the burden of proof( i hope they understand what does it mean)hahaha… More so before they keep on throwing issues on the administration, they should look first on themselves if they can discharge their duties and functions if ever they can seat as public officers….AND MOST OF ALL, THEY SHOULD TRY(not just try, it’s a must to evaluate..hahahaha) FIRST TO EVALUATE THEMSELVES IF THEY ARE QUALIFIED TO BECOME A PUBLIC OFFICER..PUBLIC OFFICE IS A PUBLIC TRUST….It is not just a game or an occupation..IT’s A DUTY…MORE POWER TO THE ADMINISTRATION…GO GO GO..ANG MASUYA LANG…HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHa

Isidro C Balmoria, list #3 councilman candidates under Alan Ang’s group are the latest head group of armed men wanted by Philippine Army whom a soldier hurt during the encounter last Dec.12,2009,named Pfc Ryan Joseph Macabatas, who was brought for treatment OSPA Hospital, Ormoc City, Isidro’s group one dead fatal and 4 injured and escape and some secretly treated not even brought to hospital or some talks of the town buried secretly. They need justice and police investigations??? regarding this brutal encounter by the army. I hope this will not covered by money for silence and transactions. Where’s justice for this people?? This Isisdro Balmoria, burned our tenant.s house still pending in the court and also our police officers without any actiions at all still case pending in Ztacloban City againts the Chief of police. I hate politics when abuse are too much. We need justice for this poor people. I hope he is disbar to run as he is now wanted by the authorities.
