Balderian files COC for congressional seat in Leyte’s second district
TACLOBAN CITY – Dr. Rustico “Toti” Balderian, mayor of Tabontabon, Leyte has finally filed his Certificate of Candidacy (COC) yesterday morning aiming for the congressional seat of the second District of Leyte.
Balderian said his platform of government will focus on education and livelihood program as what he did to his municipality of Tabon-tabon.
“My plan is to focus on education. Waray mabibilin nga mga estudyante nga deri magpapaka eskwela, magpapa-dayon iton pageskewla,” Balderian said.
He said he will also continue what he started in his municipality which is to initiate livelihood programs for residents to earn extra income.
“Ano man iton amon nahihimo ha Tabontabon bubuhaton ko liwat iton ha Segundo Distrito,” Balderian said.
Meanwhile, he hopes that the election next year will be smooth and clean.
“Hinaot unta magin mahimyang ngan malimpyo iton tidaraon nga eleksyon yana nga Mayo 2010,” Balderian said. (SYLVIA ALVERO ABADINGO)
